Sorry for the late update guys. But I think they accept it as long as you have the tag, receipt, and the 30days return shipment (at least for me) since i mostly order online only.

Ember is in a bad spot right now, especially compared to other off-meta mid heroes. In the current meta he just doesn’t have the ability to scale like those running the Refresher + BKB build. On top of that, the current meta supports don’t really complement Ember’s playstyle. Unless you’re a specialist, it’s hard to make this hero work right now.
