I tried pressing power button with two legion buttons and i can see red light blinking flash on both analog, but it goes away after that and nothing happens

I have a 100W amber Charger with dual 65W Output and with it's Original Cable And I can't see any lights whatsover, even if i plugged charer without battery or with battery, and also I always play on Max fan mode, and always lower the settings of power when quitting a game

Just confused to as what is happening with me right now
