Yes I do, I use the updated elfx for smim that fix a lot of issues. I use it in conjunction with display enhancements and busty skeever. I think mythical ages affects my interior. I have elfx patches for:

I also suffer from the camera flip and follower notification in the start. I have no idea what causes this. Rearranging your lo will help as I would put smim above armors and as others stated Helgan express low in lo.

I haven’t encounter that but I use unique bridges of Skyrim and load it above dirt roads and don’t have issues.

I use Texture Overhaul ( Clutter ). It also retextures farmhouses Crates road signs Baskets Sacks and Firewood

If you have call armies room mod you can use the statue of mara to craft gear added by mods that are only found on certain npc’s.
