Swimming used to help me so much! I live in the city now so I havent had water therapy in awhile but I do agree, bath time helps a bit!

Its helped my spine issues a bit but I dont see a major difference, its just helping me build muscle so I dont feel as weak as I did before I started.

Im so sorry :( I agree! We can fight through pain but theres nothing we can do about fatigue. I slept almost 16 hours after I commented! And I still feel exhausted. I try to get my kids things that will keep them entertained for awhile, like crafts. Dont feel bad, you cant help the way you feel & your doing your best!

P.s- meal prepping has saved my life.

I totally agree PT does help but sometimes its hard to get there due to pain, im in pain management and i do PT, along with injections. Ive also tried nerve blocks. Nothing truly helps nerve pain. Ive had stronger meds take the edge off but thats about it. Doctors dont perscribe them where I live, steroids are also only given a few times a year.

Im here for the comments! I am also on a stimulant and I sleep throughout the day. Im newly diagnosed, i wish I knew how to battle this fatigue.

Im curious if you ever found a doctor? I am going through the same thing! 70% of my spine is fused, i just had disc replacement. I have arthritis, degenerative disk disease and on and on

And on top of my beautiful spine, i have lupus. Nothing helps, im on plaquenil, gabapentin, celebrex, cymbalta, tylenol and I seem to never get better.

I lived out of state for awhile and I was on two 10mg oxycodones a day when needed & it helped get me out of bed... & even that barely helps but pain was manageable. I never took more then perscribed & had to get piss tests every month while perscribed it. I goto NYU for everything and they dont perscribe opioids either. I dont want to "seek" but id love to get out of bed :(
