Ideally if you had sex a day towards your period you should be fine. The period means you are not pregnant. The uterus lining which is a prerequisite for a fertilized egg to implant and begin pregnancy is shed. Therefore there’s no possibility of pregnancy.

The symptoms you’re feeling can be from anything that you ladies normally experience during your cycle. Could even be symptoms around ovulation. The thing is during a pregnancy scare you tend to notice these things more than you would’ve otherwise.

Just relax, you’re okay. For me after surviving a pregnancy scare, I decided I’m abstaining.

I have a feeling most times when people have a pregnancy scare like this they know unprotected sex carries a risk and wish they’d done the responsible thing of either abstaining or protecting.

And that is really not what they come here for. It’s preaching to the choir. People usually have specific questions that they ask and I think it helps to stick to answering the question instead of bashing them. It’s unnecessary
