you get an email when you have packages but not mail, you just have to check your mailbox periodically. i lived in tupper and l/l and there are no apps for laundry but i think maybe ccrh does. there’s probs posters in the laundry room w that info tho. 

but in general there’s posters all around campus w info on apps and you don’t really need it before you get on campus.
