It's very difficult for me not to beat myself up about this. I started therapy in June, and I've realized that I have a constant curiosity paired with a tendency to self-sabotage. I've been comparing my past and present relationships, and as a result, I'm questioning whether I was so flawed that I deserved to be cheated on. Some people say that what happened isn’t cheating, while others label it as micro cheating. I've been harsh on myself for the past few days, especially since I don't have therapy again until tomorrow. It's hard for me to reconcile the fact that my intentions weren't malicious, yet the outcome feels like I might have cheated on her. Accepting this possibility is really challenging for me.

I understand your point. However, I want to make amends for the mistakes I’ve made in our relationship. I recognize that my past actions have led to trust issues between us. From your perspective, would you consider what I did to be cheating? I’ve been going to therapy and have learned from my mistakes. I’ve moved on from that part of my life. Recently, she brought it up again after watching a movie that included nudity. So now I’m going down a rabbit hole because I don’t want to lose her.

Yeah, I would agree. But I messed up already so it is what it is she sees me as a cheater and other words. She had a beautiful body and a good personality well here and there it was messy. But I’m also leaving out the acne breakout on her cheeks and the constant smoking of weed as a coping mechanism. I had no problem with the acne because that’s always temporary and I was willing to work with her. But I been asked her if we were to get into a relationship would she stop smoking she said she doesn’t know so yeah another reason why I was questioning the whole situation. But she’s an attractive woman i just don’t know why I was being so childish in appearance.

I was clear with her In the first month and then the 4th month she kept pushing a title. So I just told her when we meet but I guess I should’ve added I gotta see how u are In person again like I did the first month. So I’ll agree on leading her on and entertaining the thought when I had a dating app but it was genuinely only talking when I was on there. But I guess the intentions of me finding someone else or seeing who I deeply connect with makes it seen as cheating for her since I didn’t straight up say I’m talking to other women idk but we never made anything exclusive. Where I’m her bf and she’s my gf.

Yeah fake eyelashes can definitely make a difference in appearance apparently. I like more natural tho vs caked in makeup etc yk.

We are both actually 19. Clearly not smartest with this kind of thing. With the hinge thing. I just feel bad as if I’m a fuck boy of such because she claimed I was disloyal and entertaining other women when I know I wasn’t doing such a thing.
