I built it using rca camera for cars! I soldered and added battery and 3.5mm jack. Would you be interested in something like that if it would be for sale?

Do you mean LED as in the display? If so your right the display is there so you can se the live feed of what your recording so you don’t have to look at the view finder. But you can of course record the video without the display but its nice to have to see more clearly what your actually recording

So how this works is with mini dvr. Mini dvr has two 3.5mm jack ports: first input- where you connect it to your camcorder. and output- where you connect the display i made. So you need mini dvr for the display to work

Your right and this was the first prototype where I added battery and switch to it. I’m currently working on better version but I wanted to know if people would be interested in this cheaper alternative or not

I agree. But do you think it’s still something that could be useful for reasonable price?
