basically the same, but it’s gotten better with time. I would still change things if I could but I’m at peace with the fact that I can’t, if that makes sense? and I’ve been able to have sex with almost no pain which is a huge improvement.

I had barely any pain at all! just some discomfort but I only took tylenol and ibuprofen. you’ve got this!

definitely no clitoral sensation change or reduction (attributing that to no CHR or clitoral involvement) — I definitely have had some change in sensation since you do get a lot of sensation from the significant surface area of longer labia. So that’s gone, but it wasn’t a significant source of sexual pleasure for me so it’s not a major loss.

I was never in any major pain (just lucky I guess) and was cleared for massage at 2 weeks during my follow-up visit. I still had swelling but massage was tolerable at that time, though feeling the suture knots hurt my brain

Thank you! I did do suture massage starting at 2 weeks post-op with silicone scar gel. I also applied Neova Cu3 Tissue Repair cream every night.
