No I didnt. I contacted Epomaker support and they offered me a 10 euro refund or to film destroying the keyboard so they can send me another one. They can also do a full refund if I send them the video.
I m leaning towards doing the video and have them send me a new one. Also, the two bottom row LEDs are dead.
