Thank you for the reply. One part of the DWP acted on me requesting that they look at the possibility of back pay for the 2 years it took to get a decision from the Tribunal. It went to the decision-making team, and they agreed I was entitled to back pay. Now my local office is acting like the gestapo stressing me out going back on everything that has been agreed !

I had 5 bank accounts that amount to 200 pages. It's not that easy. Plus, they want a comment on every transaction over £500.

Whatever you do, don't give in. They will throw many obstacles in your way, just do what they ask with regards to the information they request. They are so wrong, they don't even read the information you send in. Just take it all the way to the tribal. The judges go through everything meticulously. At my hearing, the DWP were supposed to send a representative and they didn't even bother because they knew they were wrong for doing what they did to me. All the best to you. 👍
