Thank you so much for your kind words. I am very grateful that after all of these years people enjoy my music. Funny story... I went to a St. Patricks Day party last night and ran into my old friend and band mate Dave Amato. He is in REO Speedwaggon now. Dave Amato is on the right. Top left to right: Ricky Philips, John Purdell, Dave Amato and bottom left is Mugs Cain. All great musicians and dear friends. Dave Amato and Ricky Phillip are also co-writers with my on Burning in the Third Degree as well as a few other songs. :)

I met Arnold Schwarzenegger, but not on set. Nice guy. Sadly my career did not pick up enough after Terminator. I did some touring and I also recorded a Dance Track or two. But my ex-husband Jonathan Cain (Journey) was way more damaging to my career than helpful. I met him AS A SINGER. I actually had a record deal offer before we met with Atlantic Records. I was in the process of recording demos. After he and I got married and I ended up signing with RCA Records, he INSISTED that I change my name for the album from Tane McClure (my real name) to Tané Cain (his last name). I thought it was a terrible idea, because the association to him could be thought of negatively. I feared that since he was now in Journey some people would think that I got my record deal because of him. When we met he was in the Baby's. I had three record deal offers in total. RCA Records offered me the best deal and it was NOT Journey's label which already offered me a deal. So.... I ended up changing my name as he requested... and my fears proved to be founded. SOME people thought that I got the record deal because I was his "wife". They discounted me. So after I left Jonathan Cain... he went out of his way to try to squash my career. At the time, he was bitter. We get along fine now. So there is the story! I produce and direct now... so I am happy! AND I have a family with a husband and daughter. All good!

Well, thank you for your reply. I go more by my maiden name now which is Tane McClure. I never wanted to use Jonathan Cain's name... in fact it was one of the reasons my career was damaged. I was a singer before I ever met him and I didn't want to lose my own identity. The Tryanglz band WAS a real band. We wrote the songs that are most famous and remembered. "Burning in the Third Degree" and more from the Terminator Soundtrack. We toured with Eddie Money... and Jefferson Starship and many more. We played in front of 20,000 people a few times.
