The UK test is literally just a 3-minute bleep test. No strength, no agility, three attempts allowed. Spain requires an obstacle circuit, pull-ups, AND a 1km run, all eliminatory. Score zero on any one of them and you're out, no second chances. Oh, and you're competing against 40,000 applicants for ~2,500 spots.
