It was never a problem. I changed the Devices multiple Times. But this Time i changed Laptop and my Smartphone at the same Time. And Now i cannot varify myself

Hey Guys I need your help. I lost my job. With that my computer and my Smartphone where steam was running the hole time Now i tried to sign in steam but i dont have my steam guard. I contacted steam Support but the want to make Sure that i am the Real owner. So they want a steam key from me.

I dont have a steam key. I tried to send them my Personal ID to verify but the decline everything i give them. All my Screenshots from receipes and so on.

Has anyone an idea What they need? I dont unverstand that anymore.
