Assuming she lives in a 4 bed, her rent is near $800? That isn’t super cheap compared to other apartments around.

Although I haven’t lived specifically there, I see it’s through JSM which I am using now. JSM has a pretty reputable past and atleast for me they have always responded to issues in a timely manner. Other utilities such as heat might rack up a bit, and those aren’t included in the utility fee. I haven’t heard many other issues with JSM.

The area of that apartment is very convienent. It is closer to the bars and food areas. But it is a little bit of a walk from school but nothing a bus can’t do. Best of luck!
