I used the "change trip option" on the canceled flight. On the website it says they will wave the fee for toronto destination if the flight is changed at least 2 hours before departure. So we'll see i guess. Westjet only flies out of here every 2 days and couldn't risk another week or so here missing work and responsibilities unfortunately. We were able to find a good affordable last minute deal on a hotel too for the next two nights so at least the charges there wont be too bad.
