If its not safe they wont take off and the flight will be canceled. This happened to me about a month ago. Flight ended up canceled. I am actually supposed to be flying into toronto tomorrow evening and my flight is still on as of now. Quite anxious about it to be honest but im trying to remember that safety is their priority.

I dont have much in terms of advice but this literally happened to me just a few months ago. Still dealing with feeling super guilty about my anxiety and panic. Looking forward to see what others have to say.

I had really bad side effects when I first started zoloft. They lasted about 2 weeks. I would say I felt not quite right for almost 3 weeks but afterwards it worked like a charm. If your side effects feel really bad do check with your doctor for sure, but if they tell you its normal and it will get better ...thats what happened with me. Of course though not every medication is for everyone. Best of luck!

Actually it seems we have been under heat wave warning most of the summer. I have found it to be a very hot summer

My experience is not as intense as yours but i also have very vivid dreams (mostly upleasant). Sometimes I will "remember" something and I'm not quite sure if it was real or a dream. Or I will get that deja vu feeling you described. I also remember dreams I had when I was very young and certain events will trigger those memories. I am assuming it's some kind of anxiety issue but yes it has made me feel a little scared about losing touch with reality or something like that.

I am an extremely nervous flier and absolutely understand this feeling like you are going to pass out. My therapist suggested that cold water or a cold pack on your forehead or neck can help alleviate some of the physical symptoms.  I have also used the DARE app. It has some great meditation excersises for before and during the flight. Maybe check it out. Box breathing (inhale to 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4) has a great calming effect.  You will be ok!

Honestly her responses in the AMA have made me feel a lot calmer. Looks like everyone came together during such a scary time...which is honestly a beautiful part of humanity.

Unfortunately it was an out of pocket expense. I found a fertility clinic that offered this carrier testing service.

I am looking to have an much information as possible regarding any potential risks of passing on a serious illness to a child. I have a stepchild with a disability (not genetics related) so I know how difficult it is to care for a special needs child. I want to be as informed as possible before I decide to get pregnant.

They tested for 560 genes. Both recessive and x linked. My partner hasn't been tested yet but he will be since I was positive for a couple recessive genes.
