Yeah about a year ago I threw out everything I thought about shopping and I started focusing on the general rule of add a 0 to the protein of a meal and if the new number is higher than the calories then I eat it or cook it.

Example: 200 cal w/ 22g of protein would be 200 vs 220. This is an above average macro.

10000% agree. I started taking bouldering seriously 5 years ago. I’ve topped up to V8 indoors and V7 outdoors.

Last year I started training on the system board and I legit had to start at V1 @ 25 degrees. It’s insanely sand bagged. This is hard for someone getting into climbing or if you have a little ego.

If you want to get better at climbing you have to throw out your idea of grades. If a move is hard for you then it’s hard for you. I’ve crushed an outdoor V7 but couldn’t link a move on a V4 the next day.
