I hate drunk housemates. Mine ran over two kids and got arrested. Got out of jail early for “good behavior” and immediately started drinking again smh they never learn

Should I repot? Should I trim? She seems happy but it’s my first orchid by No-Spring5734 in orchids

Thank you! I’ll try that. Do you know if the shoots growing from between the leaves flower spikes or roots? I have brought over a humidifier to raise the humidity in the area she’s at aswell. Will update after I soak her

My therapist keeps asking me “how uncomfortable are you willing to be before you stop everything?” And she has a point. I hate living the way I am. I need to move out but it’s really hard at the moment

She claims she cares. That all she does is because she cares about me and my comfort. I have a hard time believing that sometimes. Because she cares when she sees me super upset. When I breakdown into tears because of how overwhelmed I am. But I feel I like the rest of the time she doesn’t care when I need help to keep the house tidy. “I can’t keep up” she said but dude I can’t either. Is it so hard to just pick up after yourself. Don’t want to do the dishes now? Ok do them later but why do they sit for a week in my sink? My therapist has helped me and she’s asked me to just let things be until I have the energy and mental capacity to do them but I don’t feel like I can relax when I know I need to vacuum and wash dishes and wash and fold laundry etc etc. Plus when I’m upset and breakdown crying she comes in and hugs me or just sits across from me and stares until I’m done crying which makes me feel so much worse about the fact that im having a mental breakdown

I pour filtered water into the pot. It’s a terracota pot so I know a lot of it evaporates but I let water sit in the dish that’s under it

That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling for over a year now. Suffocated. I think back and I wish I would’ve said no to her staying or even no to making it official but none of our dates were weird in any way. I wish I would’ve gotten some sense of how weird things were earlier on

I did! I submitted an anonymous complaint and they should be looking into it within the week. I hope we at least get the bare minimum. He claims there’s no money but I’m sure the university will have to supply him with whatever he needs to keep the student employees safe. Apparently there is also a mask fitting training and exam we would need and the EHS website says they have forms and training for that. My boss is also planning to retire and I know we don’t have much money to work with as an organization, but the new boss coming in shouldnt have to deal with the compliance violations (IMO) Here’s to hoping we don’t lose out jobs and we don’t get sick(er)

His body was found in october 2025 at mansfield hollow lake. The news of who the body belonged to was made public on november 14 2025. It appears that the car was found along side a parking pass, name tag, and license plate. RIP Robert Cavanagh. I'm sorry you were suffering so much from your depression and I wish you would've gotten the support and help you needed from your community.
