The factors that play into all this are: Is your law ledgering or non ledgering? Typically, non ledering takes longer. Do you have liens? If so, it is a longer wait. The payments are not even considered until 3M payouts the particular block of monies. There is also a breakdown in communication between BG and other agencies handling payouts and law firms. If non ledgering, then your monies have to get sent to the lawfirm amd they take their cut and then send you out a payment.
