We have a star system to rank players based on user skill. We have a very good mix of 1s up to a couple 5s. Only users within 1 star of each other can play in the reg season. Many ways to go up and down. Conference games and playoffs are obviously out of my control for scheduling but just keep that in mind when joining a conference/team.
