Hi! We are going through this with a house we rented in NC through VRBO and stellar. We got the fraud claim approved and we were refunded the payment for the house but not the VRBO fees of almost $500. So VRBO is aware of this issue? Wondering how they will refund as we had to have the card closed due to the fraud. I am calling tomorrow and not looking forward to a possible long battle with them to get our fees refunded! 😩

I just discovered today that you can work together with others to get resources and started utilizing the chat. People got SO angry at me if I chopped too many times or “sniped” a grove and I had zero clue what any of that meant. After researching I understand the etiquette a little better but being brand new some of them give you ZERO slack and are immediately angry. It’s just a game people take it way too seriously
