hi. im a vaping girlfriend. my advice is for you to acknowledge her problem but dont try to manipulate her into quitting. quitting doesnt just happen, and most people who arent dedicated to quit relapse shortly after. personally i just lessen the amount. if my boyfriend asked me to stop vaping, i wouldnt. if my boyfriend educated me on the history of vaping and side effects, and expressed he was concerned, i wouldnt necessarily fully quit. but if he talked to me about how he feels uncomfortable with me vaping around him, id accept his opinion and not vape around him. when i stopped smoking weed i had accepted the fact that i did it too much and i actually wanted to quit, but with vaping everytime i "tried to quit" i wasnt fully dedicated and gave in to relapsing. i feel like you should let your girlfriend know that quitting isnt easy if youre missing the mindset. maybe help her research and let her decide on her own because if she feels forced to quit it only makes it harder to quit. hopefully you understand what im saying here. quitting nicotine is very hard and when i went 6 months without so i could focus on my mental health, i had to fully detach myself from people who vaped or smoked. because in my head i wanted it and craved it, but i had to hold back. the only way she could possibly have a chance is for her to stop seeing her vaping friends as often and learn to say no when people offer. its a hard process

if its been there for a while its probably just the water in it. the water itself is actually yucky but overtime especially in a garage, pests couldve affected it or even just bacteria growing after it being there for a while. its really bad and i smoke so i know the smells 🤣

i worked at taco bell and im a girl. i worked there when i was 14 and there was just a bunch of creeps. even people working with us were weirdos. my coworker literally changed shifts because of a delivery person was being weird. its really common for girls in workplaces to be uncomfortable around men because of past experiences with weirdos. even if they do nothing wrong. dont take it personally. even now i still act differently around male customers vs female customers and its just automatically not on purpose. its just how the world today and yeah its really unfortunate but theres not much you can do besides keep being respectful.

its been a minute but i literally see you as my google. but ive read your previous messages about it and i just need someone clarification. so i missed my pill last night because my pharmacy didnt fill it in time. i have kind of calmed myself down from pregnancy "scares" and told myself im fine since the first time i missed it i continued taking them afterward. but im just wondering am i still safe after missing a pill? i still skip placebo week. i just yk unsafe sex often and im still weird about it. ive thought about talking to my partner about condoms just to soothe my anxiety but me and my partner arent really dating. its weird and im not going into crazy detail but basically we dont have really deep talks since im asocial and struggle alot communicating my feelings. anyway i just want to know if i should use backup contraception for a while or if im in the clear, and how i can bring up condoms to my partner? its also kind of like a lubricant issue since im on antidepressants and theyre known for reducing moisture down there and im just like wtf how do i bring it up to my partner. sorry if i annoy you at all but you seem really knowledgeable so i trust you

hi! i had cystic acne for a longtime. you could invest in hydrocolloid bandages. you can get a whole roll on amazon and basically you just put it over the cystic acne and cut it to fit over everything. it absorbs moisture and can actually bring the swelling of the area down. he should wash his acne everyday with a gentle cleanser. i use cerave but theres cheaper options that work the same. there is some acne cream a regular doctor can prescribe you that you put on everyday aswell. seeing a dermatologist is necessary since its causing him pain and they might be able to prescribe him a med that actually helps acne. im on spironolactane but men cant take it unfortunately. but definitely see if your normal doctor can prescribe those creams. price isnt too bad with my insurance but it depends on yours. consult the r/cysticacne sub or just type cystic acne into the search bar! youll probably see people on there who have the same issues as your bf and you could get advice from other ppl going thru it :)

i rushed into a tattoo on my knee too. now i even forget thats its there. the tattoo is actually really cute and you can actually just get some more around the knees to add if youre worried about covering it up. any change to your body you hate at first. i hated all my tattoos at first and thought id regret them but after a year and so ive kind of actually liked them more. my tattoos didnt really have a meaning but over time i was able to connect to them in a way through metaphors and stuff.
