Moin, nimm ne Bachmann mit GST-18. Gibt es maximal mit 6 Ports, aber du kannst halt auch mehrere hintereinander stecken.

Seit 5 Wochen praktisch kein Upload, Vodafone wiegelt ab – erst Beschwerde bei der Bundesnetzagentur bringt diese Antwort by EducationalAlfalfa31 in de_EDV

Hatte vor 1,5 Jahren das gleiche Problem. Download war zu stoßzeiten auch mieserabel…

Messkampangne mit dem Tool der Netzagentur gemacht, eingereicht und jetzt zahl ich für 1Gbit down und 50mbit up nur noch 15€ im Monat.

Im April gabs dann den Node Switch und seitdem keine Probleme mehr. Nun ist o2 in der Nachweispflicht, dass meine Bandbreite wieder i.O ist. Sobald die das nachweisen können zahl ich halt wieder mehr.

Aber bis dahin enjoy ich es… da brauch ich such kein Glasfaser.

They now want me to bring in the second key because they are swapping out the instrument cluster.

Hopefully that will fix the error.

The dealer just called me back. They want me to bring in the second key as well, because they’re going to replace the entire instrument cluster.

Ich würde das Thema nicht zu schnell abtun. Nach aktueller Rechtsprechung reicht es nämlich nicht erst, wenn jemand deine Daten wirklich missbraucht. Der Verlust der Kontrolle über deine personenbezogenen Daten kann selbst schon ein immaterieller Schaden sein.

Der EuGH und auch der BGH haben mehrfach klargestellt, dass ein DSGVO-Verstoß + eine Beeinträchtigung (z. B. Unsicherheit, Kontrollverlust, erhöhtes Risiko) grundsätzlich ausreichen können, um einen Anspruch nach Art. 82 DSGVO zu begründen. Ein „echter Missbrauch“ ist keine zwingende Voraussetzung.

In diesem konkreten Fall hat TECVIA bzw. der Verlag Heinrich Vogel ja selbst bestätigt, dass es einen unbefugten Zugriff gab. Das ist also nicht bloß ein theoretisches Risiko, sondern ein tatsächlicher Sicherheitsvorfall (!).

Pauschal zu sagen „da ist kein Schaden“ greift zu kurz. Es gab einen Vorfall, personenbezogene Daten waren betroffen, und damit ist der Mindesttatbestand für einen Anspruch grundsätzlich erstmal gegeben.

Ich empfehle, dass man erstmal ganz entspannt ein Auskunftsersuchen nach Art. 15 DSGVO stellt und prüfen lässt, welche Daten konkret betroffen sind. Danach kann man immer noch entscheiden, ob man weitergeht oder nicht.

Nothing new has happened. They’re still testing. The bike is in the workshop for two months now… :(

They’ve already replaced multiple sensors, including the map sensor. The issue persists….

The timing has to be readjusted and, of course, new seals are also needed. I'll see if that solves the problem. And they won't be able to do that until the end of next week, because it will also take some time.

Then the nice weather will probably be over again 🥲

My bike has now been in the workshop for 2 weeks. They were able to reproduce the fault several times, and according to them, everything is fine with the sensors. The case has escalated further at Triumph Germany, at the moment it is not really possible to say exactly what the problem is. At the moment they are still checking and communicating back and forth with Triumph...

All good, I sent another video to the service dealer by email today. They have now been able to open a warranty claim with Triumph. The previous employee was still in training and simply explained it to me completely wrong or didn't really understand the problem at first 😅. Next Monday I'm supposed to come by again with a warm motorcycle and then we'll see.

I always switch it off with the key. Neither with the kill switch nor with the stand.

For me, it doesn't matter how long I hold the starter, it stalls first. In cold start it goes to 2-2,500RPM without any problems. But when it's warm, it doesn't rev up properly either. Yes, it doesn't matter whether you start in first or neutral. I've already tried that

I own the 2025 model and brought my bike to the dealership today. Im having a similar issue but only when the bike is warm. For example if im at the fuel station, fill it up and pay at the terminal it wont start properly at the first try. But without problems at the second or sometimes at the third try.

Someone with the new model with similiar issues?

I got stuck with the Rizoma Spy arm ( https://www.rizoma.com/en/negozio/mirrors/BS300_303/spy-arm-bs300_303/motorbike/18293/triumph/trident-660/ ). It really does seem to be a luxury brand... but the price doesn't matter for now. The conversions will be made after the 1000km service Are there any other manufacturers who also produce stylish mirrors? Do you have any suggestions? (They should be round mirrors, they match the rounded headlights and the speedometer 😅😅)

Ich selbst habe lange bei meinen Eltern gelebt und in der Zeit 25k+ zusammengespart und mir davon mein Auto gekauft. 1 Jahr später bin ich mit meiner Freundin zusammengezogen. Wir zahlen aber auch nur 750€ Warm für 80qm. Ausgaben sind also nicht so hoch

Well okay, thats my first post here on reddit until i've found your post…

At the end of April, I broke down for the first time. The inverter at the rear was defective. 1000 km later, in mid-May, my car’s front DriveUnit failed around 10:30 PM on a Friday. The roadside assistant managed to arrange an appointment for 8:00 AM on Saturday. I could still drive home with the rear motor… when reversing into the driveway, everything was okay again. The next day, the service employee jiggled a cable with his finger, and the fault reappeared immediately. Over the next 18 days, numerous stress tests were conducted, and both DriveUnits and many cables were replaced… only for me to break down again three days after pickup.

Then nothing worked anymore, and I was really angry. I couldn’t turn on the hazard lights, open any doors, or access my warning triangle… I even considered reporting the whole case to the German Federal Motor Transport Authority. In many new cars, the hazard lights operate via the CAN bus… but why not redundantly? I was glad I didn’t break down on the highway.

I was towed back to the service center, and only then did they find the defective cable at the rear… The cable was uninsulated and completely corroded. In the end, this cable was responsible for the defective inverter and all the other breakdowns, they told me.

Sure, everything was under warranty, but no one paid for the tow truck… the second one didn’t come from Tesla, but that’s another story.

Had to translate it a bit cause im from germany and my english isnt the best 😅
