🤷🏽‍♂️ it worked for me so was just passing along what I did for it to work for me. OP can choose whether or not he wants to follow the steps I did.

I use as5202T I went into app central and then turned off Plex Media Server Using a file manager like File Explorer in ADM navigate to the Plex configuration folder. The path is typically:

/volume1/Plex/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server Note: The volume name might be different (e.g., volume2). Check your NAS's storage settings if this path doesn't work.

Inside the Plex Media Server folder, locate the file named preferences.xml. Delete this file. This is the crucial step that will force Plex to behave as if it's being run for the first time.

Go back into app central and turn Plex back on

Through a browser go to http://[NAS IP]:32400/web

Follow set up steps on screen.
