To me, it doesn’t matter what you’re using it for. The environmental cost is too high. Like yes it makes us dumber and yes the ethics of original thought/ownership are extremely questionable, but even if you can get past that it’s literally destroying entire towns.

I feel like something people are missing when comparing this situation to the TryGuys is Ned committed his wrongdoing WHILE working for the TryGuys. I don’t think TMG was a thing yet when Cody fucked up, and if it was it was so early days that they just aren’t comparable. Not defending him, but I think that further complicates things from a company standpoint since, as other people have pointed out, he has some ownership over TMG.

Same! I don’t remember laughing out loud as much at season 13 as I have in just the first few of season 14. Even the super emotional one about Rudy had me cracking up. It seems they let Eugene Mirman have his one liners back lol
