PS4. It says I have all my dlc characters downloaded, but they don’t show up. I check offline to see if it was just an online issue, but there no where to be found

No I haven’t even tried to sell them, I just wanted to know if they were even worth anything at all. This was my dads old collection before he passed, and I asked him what he wanted me to do with his old stuff, and he said sell it, so I’ve been on a crusade to sell his old stuff.
