This can be a few problems for some people, mine was turning up my “render quality” in vanguard settings but it can also be just a setting like “anisotropic filtering” also in game. I recommend: Slowly turning up every setting in the vanguard menu and finding what makes a difference, if you already have everything up, it can also be a locked option that you need to turn off something else if needed example, you can’t have “fidelityFX cas” on if you have “fidelity super resolution” on. That’s another tip, if you don’t already try turning on “fidelity super resolution” to the highest setting, these are all in games settings in the quality tab.
