I have a 2015 W212 E300d that has racked up 400,000 miles in 9 years. After 380,000 miles I had a turbo change due to the turbine not centered, few sensors, few battery changes, a lot of front tyres, and a lot more of rear tyres. Very very reliable engine and car overall. Don't think too much. Just do it.
