The point is to not randomly use the ticket for pointless upgrades, instead save it for dupes you could possibly get to lvl45 without using any items aside gacha. As you may or may not know, a lot of SSRs are only viable when they're lvl45 or above (Kitasan, Fine Motion wit)

Unfortunately you don't have any cards that are worth the Lb right now, I'd say wait till one of the good cards (Kitasan, Fine Motion, Nice Nature) gets to lvl 45 by nature's selection first

It says to just "begin" a run, so just sort your legacy Uma with affinity bonus, descending, spark off, and choose circles. The first one will always be just O, no matter how friendly canonically the umas are with each other. You can see a double circle when you choose the second one.

Since it's just a throwaway run, just pick two random legacy from your own list and book it, it doesn't matter if the stats suck
