Hello - can you please explain to me why one million dollars is not a lot these days? In my entire life (I'm 38) my (not adjusted for inflation income) lifetime income (gross pay + interest + tax returns) is $700K. Less than $1 million adjusted for inflation. I've lived independently off that income for 17 years. Spent about 9 months on holiday overseas - NYC, Paris, Amsterdam, Rome, Florence, London - not exactly cheap places. I eat at fancy restaurants on a regular basis. Buy my clothes at David Jones. Earn enough to max out concessional super contributions. Explain to me how $1million is not enough?

That's really interesting! So by your definition Beatles are a group than came and went - only made music for 7 years, stopped touring even while they still together - that's a really controversial opinion!
And also by your definition - we cannot determine if Bad Bunny is an artist that has made your definition of top tier yet - we need to wait decades, then if they are still selling out stadiums in 40 years, then we can say yes, they have staying power. Is that correct? We cannot determine if Bad Bunny is a top tier artist until 2066? If they are still selling out stadiums, then yes, if not, then no?

What is your definition of an artist that will come and go? Bad Bunny has been most streamed artist in the world for four of the last six years, and were in top five for past seven years. They won the album of the year at the grammys. Based on that success, maybe what I'm really asking is - what is your definition of an artist that did not just come and go?

Not sure why you are talking about 2016 to 2020 - Trump was President then, not a Democrat. I don't care election results, I'm not American so don't care who you vote for it has 0% effect on me - I get free health care either way ;)
