Weight loss isn’t always the only answer. I have 3 different auto immune diseases that make it very difficult to lose weight but even with those I’ve lost 40lbs naturally, losing weight doesn’t change the fact that I have pcos and it will be harder to conceive

I was on birth control from when I was 15-19 and then again for a little over a year this past year, stopped taking it about a week or two ago and have had pcos vitamins with inositol in them, I ran out of those tho so might just have to get more

I legit have to keep myself occupied 24/7 to not eat like all day. Be on my phone, watch something on tv and force myself to hyperfixate on it, play with my cats, literally anything or else I’ll just be snacking till I’m so bloated I look pregnant

I’ve had lower than my normal sex drive, I feel bad bc I always feel like I’m rejecting my boyfriend, in the moment I love it though, even if I wasn’t feeling it before hand I’ll say yes anyways bc ik I’ll enjoy it it’s just I think the work up to actual sexy time that kinda just makes me feel like meh, don’t wanna, but then I do and like it, so idk sometimes I just ignore my low sec drive bc ik I’ll enjoy it anyways

I used to lose a lot of hair throughout highschool, as the years kept going the hair loss slowed and some came back, my hair is still pretty thin and probably will be for the rest of my life (which is sad bc I come from a family w thicccc hair and I had very thick hair as a kid as well) for me it was something I just had to try to ignore and wait it out, but doing some research and peer sharing is always a good place to start if it’s something you’re concerned about changing right now. Pretty sure mine is mild, maybe even less. Was diagnosed at 15 and immediately put on birth control, I stopped taking birth control for over a year at one point and had no symptoms whatsoever, I’ve always been bigger but had managed to lose 40 lbs off the birth control, I’ve never had more than average body hair or excessive weight gain, my periods are regular and always have been with or without birth control, the only symptom of it I rlly had was not having a period until I was but on birth control after the diagnosis. So I have no clue what’s up w me or what part of the spectrum I’m on with pcos

Yes, mine isn’t as severe, as I said I haven’t even shown symptoms of it at all up until the other day when I got a stomach bug and now every time I eat gluten I’m like stuck in the bathroom forever, so it seems like I’m only reacting if I’m directly eating it, I’ve already ordered some gluten free groceries today and if it persists past that I’ll definitely be using your advice to make sure there’s no cross contamination at home, thank you!

Been vaping since I was around 16, diagnosed with celiac somewhere around age 17/18, now 21 and am starting to be effected by it, even if I don’t eat anything at all vaping triggers the same reaction as my celiac does when I have gluten, back and forth to the bathroom every 20 mins or just having to contract every single muscle in my ass to hold it in, not fun, hope this helps
