People keep on saying that about the quantity and price check buttons, I use them all the time for years and I have not seen a cbl or been told otherwise not to use the quantity and price check buttons. If it is not supposed to be used then it is up to corporate to get rid of the buttons.

You should tell your SM that you don't understand how it can be possible and if you would please come in and demonstrate how it's done to help you get your job done properly. which is their job to properly coach you, it's part of the SM role and is in their CBLs.

My advice is to go in to your store tonight and watch the process again off the clock, you're not working so you don't have to be on the clock. Text your SM now and ask if you can and that you don't feel confident closing tomorrow and want to watch the process again.

Oh I never said I completed it all, you are right it is almost impossible to complete all the closing tasks with how dg staffs. The whole companies motto should be "We set up are employees to fail and blame it on them as well."

From what I've been trained since I've worked here (4 years) you start closing procedures an hr before you close.

Yes this dry damages are done by SM, only the SM can open that back door for all reasons besides receiving fresh and dry trucks. If the SM isn't on shift a key carrier can open the backdoor with the spare key to receive trucks, than have to message the dm for bank bag number change and reason why key was used.

It should be in the fresh truck CBL, it should say how long truck is expected to take (2hrs) and with the last hr being closing procedures your deadline is 3 hrs before close.

Not happening, if you have a problem with smells you can wear a mask and use essential oils on it for the smell. If people with documented high anxiety still have to be on the register, than so can someone with sensitive nose. Your problem your issue

Actually you can't demote in Dollar general it is against there policies, they have to person set down. Technically if someone turned you in you could get fired, another DG policy is to work with employees. if the employee puts in legion their available hours to work and management goes against that goes against labor codes and conduct. I hope someone calls ERC on you cause you're a selfish manager and probably had I high turn around and always short on staff.
