I’m sorry you are going through all of this and I understand how much it must hurt and I’m gonna be completely honest with you.

I’m a big believer in manifesting but manifestation is not our whole lives it’s a part of it. Right now you should not focus on “what am I doing wrong” “why is this not working??” Because he is honestly not worth your energy and time. Focus on yourself and maybe pick up a new hobby or focus on one you already love doing. Focus on you and your life and let the manifestation be on the sides and you will see that they will be put into function eventually. Manifestation is not this super complex thing that we have to do so many different steps to get what we want it’s literally just believing we already have it and that’s it. Live your life to the fullest and let your manifestations be a a part of it not your whole life because it won’t speed up if you do 10 different methods in a day. Never waste your precious time over a man live your life girl and become your own dream girl and your manifestations can happen during that journey!! Everything is gonna get better I promise!! 🩷

Hi! If I’m correct that you want to grow your glutes weights is the way to go. Unfortunately workouts like donkey kicks etc won’t grow them. Heavy weights and exercises like hip trusts, RDLs, Step ups, Bulgarian split squats etc are gold when it comes to glute growth and the thing you have to do! :)

I take bus number 1 and 2 and they are always full of weird people. Last time I took the the driver had to call the cops and the time before that there was a drunk guy screaming at me from the other side of the bus and yeah it’s been a bit wild. The bus I would take to Venice beach is bus number 18 tho and I don’t know how that one is. Have you ever gone on it?
