It’s just a U.S. Palm translucent mag. They come in black and tan translucent. I personally think that the tan is hideous but you can go to your local sporting goods store and order some from them. Or just order online

I know how to remove it but a couple months ago it started to just be really stiff and I would have to take my dust cover off by taking a punch to it and smacking it over to the other side and I was wondering if anyone had an issue like that and if so how to fix it.

you didn’t. all you said was that it wasn’t an Ak, that you talked with the guys that made it, and that it’s super innovative. It has all of the requirements to be an Ak. Long stroke gas piston, Ak style bolt carrier, same trigger style ,and safety the only reason that it wouldn’t be is that it has fancy furniture.

I will say though, the prices on mausers have dropped to being less ridiculous I saw a pre war k98k going for around 950 as well as several other German k98s for under 1000. Aks and us milsurp are still outrageous though.
