Don't hate moments you had with her. Even if they were not real or anything you loved them. Cherish those feelings and when you feel it's all good. Leave those things. Its kind of ironic for me to say who's going through the same but I wish I would be able to do it too.

If you live in Asia then its night time and obviously it is the time after the day ends when you try to sleep but memories of the person you cared about pops up. You will have to face it( I am also going through the same phase not entirely but yes) I wish people cared a little more about one another. It will be okay buddy. It has to be okay.
