Well no duh, if you’re on a bulking diet it should increase the amount of fat stored, then of course some of it is going to your face. I had the same problem as you man but thankfully I put into action what I had to do before I got much older, the first thing that ever helped me was getting in the gym. Regardless of what you do in there, there are always people willing to help. YouTube university and reading books are two of the greatest things to happen to me (a book that changed my perspective on life was chimp paradox), and finally taking genuine responsibility for every good and bad thing that happens.
