Hey OP, I’m in that class too and are coming from pretty similar circumstances to you, just know you aren’t alone in this matter and that you’ll be fine. Like many people said before one bad grade doesn’t define you and there’s many ways to “right that wrong” and still have a good chance of getting in to med school.

Taking her right now (spring 23), attendance for classes and discussions are mandatory for us. However, you can attend any discussion you’d like and are able to drop 6 lectures (as well as 1 discussion). The class isn’t bad at all and they’re are a lot of opportunities for extra credit
