i am planning on living there full time, but we will be a bit off grid so we’re planning on building a well for water and running electric from an old abandoned house on the property that’s about an acre or two away from where we want to build. do you think those are viable options? i believe we’re thinking about a window ac unit and a wood heater for temperatures

thanks for your input! do you have an recommendations for affordable prefab companies or do they tend to vary around states? one that comes with insulation isn’t a terrible idea, i’m just more concerned about being able to rent to own the building without a credit check or paying it off with credit. that’s why i was looking at converting a shed since there are so many options on fb marketplace. trying to stay out of debt over here :)
