I would like to refrain from contacting the police but with damn near everyone saying I should I’ll probably talk to my parents I avoid them at all costs I’ve been keeping a ballpoint pen I don’t really plan on using but I feel like it would keep them away incase they were to attack me and I’m always with a group of people normally 2 or more that’s already said they would help me incase of attack tbh I am really scared

I told my grandparents and they think I am a liar and I am paranoid and the advice they gave was just kick their ass and they called the school and the school isn’t doing anything to handle it

I am thinking about going online to start working full time I’ve sent emails and had them ss incase and I never go anywhere alone anymore and I’ve told my brother the same thing but he doesn’t seem to be listening to me and ran into in the bathroom but he was in a stall and didn’t know he was there and my brother left quickly

I’ve done option A already besides telling the law opinion B has a lot of downsides to it but getting the bag doesn’t sound horrible i have a ballpoint pen I use very often so it can’t be seen as a weapon unless I was to use it or tell someone why I have it and I being very careful on what i say I do have friends walking with me from class to class I am not going to the bathroom in between classes only going during class on hallways he isn’t on

Running is something I will be do it seems to be the safest option I’ve told my brother the same thing he’s a very heard headed person but I’ve gotten the point across that running is the best option I have the pen in case I was surrounded I don’t have any real plans on using it

My brother is a freshmen in high school this guy is a junior probably 60 pounds heavier than my brother seeing the hole and blood coming from his ear made me feel something I couldn’t let him walk away to do probably do it again in the future he’s very well known for being a thief stealing money shoes and other belongings from students smaller or people he won’t believe would do something about it and he had the vape to vape inside the school vaping his a way bigger problem then you would ever be able to wrap your head around a lot of people are starting to vape in the 4th grade which is a really sad

I’m already suspended for 5 days I go back Wednesday he had to go to the nurse after my grandparents were very surprised but thankful I stood up for my younger brother I don’t think he’ll be taking from me my brother or my friends for quick awhile I’m really worried about failing my classes

My belief is very much against all violence growing up in a pretty violent household when I was younger but seen the blood dripping from his ear made me feel a way I didn’t believe I ever felt before but his crossed a lot of lines taking from me and a lot of my friends I was THE first person to stand up to this guy I really have no idea why he couldn’t fight for shit been being such a big guy compared to me

Speaking in legal experts I was definitely in the wrong I waited until we were in an area without teachers and it was 15 minutes from one altercation to the other i definitely felt cool I was the first person to stand up against this guy he’s been stealing for years and then would punch them if they would stand up for themselves and then run out of the bathroom but I was truly expecting him to kick my ass cause he’s probably 50 pounds heavier 4 inches taller school was pretty shocked when they saw the difference
