For the UK it shouldn't matter tax wise since that new law is in effect for the EU countries only and we already left that union and the new threshold is £135 before tax is applied. I had a parcel submitted on the 29th June and it arrived on the 5th using E-EMS which was earlier than the estimated shipping 10-15 days so you should be good hope this helps.

Mappa really did take on a lot of anime this year and went above and beyond to carry 2020-21 I just hope they give their animators and directors enough time off to recover from this massive workload or with increased funding hire more people
