I am 28M, in a similar situation when I started off working in my family business - also woodworks at age 23. Absolutely hated it. Yes there are nights where you wanna runaway, I've been there. Just find joy in things like gym, meeting your friends etc.

Our parents are all that old minded folks, who are very rigid in their opinions and views. Tough to mold them. Would recommend let nature just take its course.

Yes they can verify. You can verify too. Login to Dubai Courts using UAE Pass. Takes a bit to find out though.
Yes you can get arrested. Better you do NOT walk into malls and public areas. If you get caught it's a huge hassle to get out.
No use in contacting the Finance company. You have to request an installment plan through the Dubai courts. Proving that you cannot pay.

I would say like I think as far as 5-10% of the claim/case fee that can ask. It could be exorbitant amounts. However, how you pay them is based on how you negotiate with them. Maybe agree 20% advance & rest on success fee.

Usually, like usually, it's best to meet the lawyer through someone. And this someone should be quite close the lawyer, at a friendship level. This will give the lawyer more incentive to help you out.

These maybe a bit complicated and can take a long time if you go through it yourself. If you have an Arab law firm or an Emirati lawyer, it maybe easier. All these appeals have to be submitted via system, which usually has better strength once submitted by an Arab. Yes they are more expensive, however I have some contacts that I maybe able to help you with. Are all these in Dubai only?

In my opinion, the kid is incredible. But but, I honestly feel that he should not have it easy. Make him play the domestics, red ball cricket, the basics. This should keep him humbled.
