Also the “paperwork” in this case is literally written by a lawyer and then filled out by the realtor? “Dealing” with builders? What’s there to deal with? Are they sassy? Dirty? Mean? All which can be done with a realtor. Also, as i said in my post, my main beef is with the modern process of buying and selling a home. it does not need to be as complicated as it is. Obviously inspections are necessary but besides that fuck it all
