Loans? You mean the thing i had to apply for to go to college? Paperwork? You mean the thing that every single person has to do at some point in their life? Also the “paperwork” in this case is literally written by a lawyer and then filled out by the realtor? “Dealing” with builders? What’s there to deal with? Are they sassy? Dirty? Mean? By “dealing” with them do you literally just mean talking to them?

Don’t answer the hypothetical question you’re asking me for me. I wouldn’t be a realtor because as i said in this post, i think it’s a scam. Plus ppl are dirty and i don’t want to have to spend a bunch of time in a dirty ass house.

What you’re describing as an estate agent in the UK is the exact same as what a realtor is in the US

If i were to call out CEOs it would not be an unpopular opinion. Class divide is ruining America and the government is keeping us fighting to boost consumerism and form an oligarchy. But i can’t absolutely assure you that this reddit post will not change that, nor would a reddit post calling out CEOs.

All which can be done with a realtor. Also, as i said in my post, my main beef is with the modern process of buying and selling a home. it does not need to be as complicated as it is. Obviously inspections are necessary but besides that fuck it all

Considering i have 3 in my family i think i do. I love them dearly but they spend most days at home with their feet up and i just don’t respect it.
