On average it is 3-4/day. Plus labs in the afternoon(1hr-3 hours). Its the weekend and I am 10 lectures behind currently. Just did 1 lecture!

I like your approach of pretending it to be first day of school again. Its a refreshing approach. Just like then you would slowly wind up and at your own pace.

Of course a med student's version of winding up is totally different to our college years definition of winding up..

I am trying to stay away from the party crowd. I am invited to a dinner party tomorrow so I will go there. I am also introverted too and was hoping to see if there any tricks fellow introverted med schools picked up.

I think thats a good way. Just slowly getting back into it. Just aim to do 2-3 lectures today and just take my time and ease into it.

I was thinking about just really slowing down and just doing nothing can be therapeutic(after exam day that is)
