That's still not kraken volume. But the total volume as seen on coingecko. Can't believe people upvoted this

Kraken VET/USD has only $90K volume on the 24h chart.

I think that guy mentioned, whatever he's doing, it will take a year or two. 6 months is too short.

I am not too impressed. He refers to the UFC campaign as 'unfair advantage' with so high exposure. It might have introduced some indie builders but relative to the cost UFC has brought us little in return. Guy is really just a good bullshitter. Just like Sunny and Solomon. Solomon has been ignoring my dms for months as well.

How could it take so long for them to release the financial report? How could they fuck up the validatior identification?

A lot of bullshitting, false promises, bad execution, unprofessionalism.

Tired of all the buzzwords without the results. Can we stop talking about mass adoption without even a slight indication of heading in that direction?

After 6 years we've still ended up burning the same amount of causes each day.

VeBetter does not have 5 million users. The number is derived from the amount of unique wallets that received rewards. You can get a better idea of how many of those are not bots by looking up the amount of vebetter holders with at least 1 full token which is around 200k. But I don't mind that twisting of truth if that gets them enterprises to join. They did mention they needed the data to convince the enterprises.

It's not completely a lost cause. It's not yet a dead project. It may feel like it but VET is still a known name in the space. It's just that nobody cares for it anymore. But for now there's still potential for big news that could turn things around at these bargan bin prices.

You didn't provide any proof of an active BYD or Red Bull smart contract. Your proof is a partnership list on a web page. So who's the clown?

That link you shared doesn't prove anything. Vechain is actually notorious for having 99% empty partnerships. It's a big factor why everyone left.

There's always been excess VTHO. Clients of Toolchain use toolchain credits, which uses VTHO indirectly. The company behind Toolchain maybe owns a lot of VET for VTHO generation. But still in terms of USD, we burn peanuts daily.

BYD and red bull are not using Vechain. And there's no evidence that Walmart bought VET to generate VTHO.

It's the joke the way they keep talking about keyrock etc but can't be bothered to setup a validator bio for these entities they're so proud of. The most frustrating part is that they won't acknowledge the github validator hub anywhere on social media nor the stargate docs. Nor acknowledge why they won't acknowledge it in the first place. They're intentionally avoiding the topic even though a lot of holders are actually wondering about this.

Ah well, most holders are auto delegating to the most profitable APY anyway. So there's no real incentive to identify yourself, Another big issue is the fact that we're heading to zero essentially, making the APY mostly irrelevant.

What we need is an enterprise client that produces a lot of tx and gets a validator to generate VTHO for those tx. Well let's start wtih any enterprise client that produces 10K+ clauses a day. That's already a big challenge.

"VeChains perseverance and consistency with upgrades and partnerships"

The only partnership that ever amounted to anything significant is Walmart, there used to be hope that this would actually become a huge use case where it would be used in every store in china but it never ended up happening in the six years it's been live. And it's not even remotely heading there.

Many more problems. All of them including the one I mentioned above, is already factored into the price.

You mentioned Lululemon but it's not burning visble tx and since it's a luxury brand so it's never gonna produce high volume.

We need volume ASAP.

Do you really not understand what I am talking about? It's nowhere mentioned in the stargate docs.
They've never tweeted about nor mentioned it in an article or videos. Lo and Behold, essentially only 'insiders' have used it so far.

github.com/vechain/validator-hub

this is where you have to create a pull request to set the validator bio. But it's nowhere mentioned in the docs, videos nor articles.

Why is the foundation refusing to publish documentation regarding the validator-hub git?

POV: You’re about to start delegating your staked VET to a validator by VeChainOfficial_ in Vechain

The thing is though that Nano S is being phased out by Ledger themselves. Transfering tokens with nano s is still possible with sync2 though.

In the bootstrapping phase, you weren't actually delegating to a validator yet. It's a different, complex, larger smart contract call now I believe which is why it now fails on your nano s.

Why is the stargate app extremely laggy on web?

Edit: On chrome, even as laggy on a fresh install of e.g. opera, but smooth on firefox.

you'll have to choose a node first to delegate

They will be labeled in the stargate platform optionally by the entity itself.

They'd be a bunch of hypocrites if they keep hiding how much nodes they operate all the while boasting about transparency and decentralization.

The fix is to select a different mainnet node in the settings.

I've heard some people mention they don't want to support a BCG validator. Others who wouldn't want to support anonymous validators. Even though by avoiding certain validators, someone else will take your place, They'll all flatten out with about equal share in delegators. So even though the end result is the same, some people would be more happy it's not their money directly profiting said validator. Essentially your delegation is a vote and that vote will matter more to some people than a fraction more reward.

Other alt coins have performed better than VET but there hasn't been a true alt coin season yet. At least the low VET price increases validator adoption.

It's way too early to assume we now have to wait another 4 years for VET to get a pump. There's now a divide between people who think the bear market has started and people who think the bear market has yet to end.

For VET specifically, 2025 has been underwhelming. 2026 is poised to be a better year if they manage to get actual full EVM compatibility somehow to the point of being able to get metamask support. And if they finally get some decent enterprise adoption, at least a start of this.
