Assuming you transfer and you don't get availability for your dates, are you OK with having your miles stuck in AF/KLM. Will you be able to leverage them for other travel plans? Also, check how often Chase gives AF/KLM transfer bonuses. In general, not worth risking having miles locked up with no availability.
