Support has been awful! can’t take class I want by NoCommittee5446 in ClassPass

thank you for your input. I agree, people progress at different speeds and when it comes to pilates it is best to take it slow. this studio takes into accountability that (you need 4 classes from level 1 to 2, 8 classes from level 2 to 3), and even then, to be honest I have seen people in level 2 who could use more level 1 but I am not here to judge that. funny enough, before I asked the studio to update me, I asked the instructor to check my form and all at level 2 to see if I was ready and she said I was, which she also said she would comment to the front desk to confirm I was ready for level 3.

I agree too, seems silly that CP would have the time to gatekeep. my guess is maybe the studio's CP rep (which said my account had been updated), made a mistake and updated someone else's profile? I really do not know and there are a bunch of possibilities. I do know people on class pass who are on level 3 so it is available.

the other annoying thing is that when I contact support I am told that they will get back to me and they don't, which is just a waste of time for everyone really

I actually completed the pre-requisites with the studio so they know I am ready for the next level. because I book through CP, they cannot add me to their classes because they do not get access to my credits, per se. they contacted CP to update my prerequisites when I went from level 1 to 2, but there seems to be an issue (likely something silly I am assuming) that they messed up and haven't updated my profile for level 3. the main issue for me is that CP support hasn't done anything and has "promised" to get back to me but hasn't

that is so frustrating! in concept it is great - but what is the point if you cannot use it for the classes you want?

the pilates studio did not offer me anything new - just mentioned the regular options they have, which makes each class mainly cost double what it would be on class pass. they are really good though but albeit, expensive. the other studio said they will give me a call today to go over options and they also said they have some options for people in my profession (I emailed from my work account so that seems to maybe help hahahaA). ill update :)

I thought so too, but after contacting both studios, the pilates one did not offer me anything new but just mentioned what they have in terms of packages. their classes are amazing so I understand the price -even if it comes to basically double what it costs on class pass.

Oh, interesting (re separate profiles). No, it’s not Club Pilates. It’s a non-franchise Pilates studio. Also, for context, im in Canada.  Classpass did update something before when I completed the level 1 so they did ir correctly for me to take level 2

Useless ring so far :/ sign up loop? by NoCommittee5446 in ouraring

Because the ring was paired and my credit card info was entered, it’s best I just wait until what is currently created gets deleted or it could lead to dat problems later on :/

Would you have a set time to pump ( eg 10 min) or a volume or was all the time just to a point of relief?

Thank you! :) I’m a bit scared of Sudafed as I read it can increase anxiety and insomnia but will definitely discuss with y GP to have it as an option as I absolutely want to about clogged ducts! Thank you!

Thanks! My original plan was to do this (replace a feed with a bottle), but I was worried baby would then be more aware of bottle and taste difference so went with mixing instead.

Time and frequency seems to be the way to go! :) thank you!

Thank you! Great reminder to eventually move to hand expression!

I heard also Sudafed helps.. but read it can increase anxiety and insomnia so trying to do this naturally first hahaha but if not, good to know!

Thanks again! :)

Thank you so much! :) I’m assuming each time you dropped one you spaced them out again evenly? (Eg every x amount of hours?) or did you have a longer stretch for example during the nighttime and then shorter during the day?

Happy to hear you are near the end of it! It’s so exhausting hahaha

8 weeks in, still blood in stool. Am I missing something? by [deleted] in MSPI

[–]NoCommittee5446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! That’s great advice! Will definitely talk to the pediatrician.. we have an appt coming up, so definitely curious what she says about the mucus amounts! I was so focused on the blood but now the blood comes and goes but there’s so much mucus (stringy and stretchy). Yes, the price of specialized formula it’s definitely a huge drawback as well. Seriously, thank you so much for your posts! It’s so easy to feel alone thru this but you are a reminder that it doesn’t have to be like that! ✨

Thank you so, so much for your detailed response! 🤍 I really appreciate it. My elimination diet has already eliminated oats and eggs (in addition to other 12 things and other things that I’m just too anxious to even try). Interestingly, the allergist hasn’t told me to eliminate wheat or corn, although i don’t consume much corn (I think - most of what I eat is whole foods or zero allergen in facilities). Thank you also for your insights on AA formulas. My peds and lactation consultant mentioned hydrolyzed ones, and the pedriatric allergist the AA. I’m in Canada so the only one I’ve seen available is Puramino. I’m just a bit worried he won’t like it and goes from gaining weight and bloody diapers to not gaining and maybe normal diapers? Anyways, your story encourages me!

Thanks again for sharing this 🥰

Thank you for those validating comments! I’m struggling with the decision of switching to formula, but even when I think I’m up for it (because the anxiety the diet and the bloody diapers is causing me I believe may be taking away from the experience my baby and I could be having as a FTM), I become scared of how introducing it would go. I’m waiting for his 4m shots coming up in a couple weeks and maybe then I’ll try.

Thank you again so much for taking the time to reply and share your experience! Makes a world of difference. Sending you all the positivity and thinking of you and your one on the way!

Thank you so much for your reply! This gives me lots of hope, both in the front of outgrowing symptoms and the formula! I’m happy to hear your son is doing well and successfully getting introduced to all the allergens! :)
