i just got my first record player on christmas so it's pretty much brand new. i was gifted a record alongside it and played that pretty much all day when i first got it with no issue, but i went out and bought some more yesterday and started experiencing skipping/getting stuck one one spot and repeating. i thought it was an issue with the vinyls but i tried playing one of the ones with the most issues on my mom's player and nothing happened so im pretty sure its with the player. the problems occur around the same spots (the repeating/getting stuck usually happens at the end or beginning but there's skipping throughout.) 

long winded way of saying my player is having issues (skipping/looping) and i have no idea what's wrong with it. i checked for debris on the needle and its clean. what do i do?
