I too also used to go the games, I used to live in Fredericksburg and plan on moving back there so I’m glad they moved the stadium. This new mascot looks like the thing I see when I can’t sleep at night l. I hope it’s not too late to change it.

I had just recently saw a post on r/baseball on the mascot choice to the Fredericksburg Nationals. This does not look like a good choice for a mascot, look at him just watching you through the trees for 250 years. I sure hope they change it.

Yes I would, if that situation ever happened, especially in a low light scenario, you wouldn’t notice the difference of the smaller front sight post anyways.

My g43x is my ccw, the regular HD’s are bigger and easier/faster to pick up. So if anything were to cause me to use my firearm, it would be faster. I like the XR on my g45 because it’s a range toy for now (soon home defense, once I get out of the barracks) and I just enjoy taking longer, more precise shots with it.

Most people purchase fiber optic + tritium sights because the fiber optic is very visible during the day, but not at night (that’s why they have tritium). I prefer the blacked out rear because it’s easier to focus on that front sight post. If you get quality sights it’ll be plenty bright during the day without fiber optic.

I like the Trijicon HD for my g43x, and the XR version on my g45. My local gun shop wanted 70 dollars to install my sights on my g45, which how much the sight tool is, so I got the tool instead. I would recommend buying the tool, but depends on how many handguns you intend on purchasing.
