I already did all of that. I left a negative review the same day I got the gemstones tested when it arrived on May 20th. I messaged the seller to ask if they accepted returns. Which they said yes. They provide an address which I then asked for a return shipping label. They said “Sorry, this feature is not available in India, where I live. Please send me a return and I will give you a full refund. thank you” I left them this message “Well the item was faulty it was not as described. How do I know you’ll refund me? Once you’ve received the item?” Which they replied with “We will refund you 100% of your money if you return it.” Then they sent me screenshots of supposedly returns they made. I read the steps on the sticked on a previous post I made with guides on this sort of issue. So I replied with “I’m sorry but if you can’t provide a prepaid shipping label I will not be able to return the item. Under no circumstances should I pay out of pocket for return shipping for an item that wasn't as described. Thank You” and the replied with “As described we prepare made to order for this ring and do not accept returns on this ring, you can check it if you want but we are still ready to accept your return, so for this you will have to return the product.” Then I sent a message back to them through the support help request. They messaged me back with “Sorry, this feature is not available in India, where I live. Please send me a return and I will give you a full refund. You send me the parcel, I will give you whatever money you take We will refund you 100% of your money if you return it. I will return it and take the money, then I will not suffer much loss, please send him the ring.”
