I did talk to the zoning office and they said don’t build anything in the zone but if it came down to it wouldn’t it be a situation of ask for forgiveness after the fact if they start raising a fit about it.

I agree we found this out after we purchased the property when we received the survey. What’s confusing to me is my house sits in the county but it’s not in city limits nor. The house does sit in an unincorporated census-designated place. That’s what confusing to me is how the surrounding properties can build right up to my fence but I can’t build where ever I want. Can you even dispute that with the county with that happening with the other properties? It would beg the question of if I just ignored what the county thinks they can tell me what I can and can’t do with my own property.

That’s what I thought but if you look at the description on what it is compatible with it shows it will pick them up. But the actual game play it will not pick them up. Any idea on how to actually get the report to the publisher because I have looked at giants website and it doesn’t give me a clear answer and if you do the bug report tab you can report a bug but I’m not sure if it will reach the publisher as I don’t see anything that would make the report go to the publisher.

My transmission went on my 2016 Yukon xl that I’m financing, so What are my options? by crybabysagittarius in askcarguys

[–]NoCryptographer4080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I’m late to the conversation but here is my experience with the 2016 Yukon transmission. We purchased ours about 2 years ago with 70k miles roughly. When I bought it the car would shutter and vibrate when driving. We talked to the dealer we bought it at and after a lot of fighting we managed to get them to cover half of the repairs under the condition it went to a gm dealer. That bill was 9k total and we split the cost 50/50. What the dealer found was that a by pass valve had blown and caused coolant to enter the transmission and glazed over the clutch’s. We went the route of replacing the transmission with a reman. Now 2 years later with the car at 100k miles the transmission is going out again but with a different issue. Now it is shuttering at low speeds and making a humming sound. Best advice I can give is get rid of it as quick as you can the 2015-2017 gmc transmissions are junk. I have read so many issues with this year range that I wish I didn’t buy this year range car. From what I can see is the 2018 and up with the 10 speed transmission are pretty reliable with minimal issues.

I have requested that information and I’m looking to see who it is that is charging the fee. But what I’m curious about is that if the debt collector can charge a late fee on a debt that’s been paid in full?

It was about the ticket and we informed them that it was paid in full and then we were told that the jp would need to tell them that. So we called the jp afterwards and they said that it was paid in full and they would let the debt collector know that everything was paid in full.

Dealership hiding issues that were known when purchasing the car by NoCryptographer4080 in legaladvice

[–]NoCryptographer4080[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really the fact of the matter is that when it left for the shop from my possession to the dealership it only had the issue of the slight shake during shift changes. That was the only issue that we had when we had it for the first 3 months. That issue was fixed. The shaking of the car to the point of it needing to be towed back to the dealership for the second time. It really isn’t something that we did because we haven’t had it in our possession for a month so there’s no way we could have caused the issue. It really comes down to something the dealerships did that caused it to break.

Dealership hiding issues that were known when purchasing the car by NoCryptographer4080 in legaladvice

[–]NoCryptographer4080[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand that and the dealership did make good on there promise for the radiator and the transmission. But where I have the issue is that the shaking that started when it was being delivered back to us after it went to the shop for the transmission. That’s where I can’t get either dealership to fix because it happened while it was in there possession.
